You’re In!
Your first email is landing right now. Go get it before you do anything else.
Gmail sorts most new senders into Promotions without telling you.
The email arrives, you never see it, and five days of lessons pile up in a tab you check twice a year.
That's how most people end up losing a course they signed up for on purpose.
Two minutes fixes it permanently.
Find it. Look for Mark Haines, Sideline Content, subject line "Your audit starts tomorrow morning." Check Promotions first. Then Spam or Junk.
Move it. Drag it to Primary. Gmail keeps everything after that in the right place.
Save it. Add [email protected] to your contacts. Now nothing else has to go right.
Starting tomorrow, one lesson each day for five days.
This isn't a document you download. Each email covers one mistake and ends with a diagnostic you can run against your own firm. Most take under ten minutes. None of them require a tool, a login, or anything you don't already have.
Each one is a mistake that keeps a credible operator from being seen. You will recognize at least one of them. Most people recognize three.
Mistake #1: Your best thinking only happens out loud. Why that leaves you recommended but never found.
Mistake #2: Writing to every segment at once. Why that produces a message none of them answer.
Mistake #3: Publishing that stalls at week six. Why that trains your list to stop expecting you.
Mistake #4: Not knowing how a prospect reads before he calls. Why that loses you deals you were never told you were in.
Mistake #5: Running your content as a good intention instead of an operation. Why that produces results you can't repeat or explain.
Read them in order. They stack.
By the end of the week you'll have a written audit of your firm's five leaks, and a number: the one costing you more than the other four combined.
Keep something open to write down your findings.
When the five days end, you stay on the list.
Every Wednesday, one issue on how operators in college sports turn what they know into something the market can see.
Not theory. What's working, what isn't, and what it costs when it doesn't.
The audit shows you where to look. The assessment is where we find out why.
Sideline Content installs the communication infrastructure that turns operator expertise into inbound demand for college sports firms.
It starts with a paid assessment. We scope the project together, based on what we find.
Two active builds at a time. That's the cap.
Thirty minutes on the phone first. I’m deciding whether this is a fit as much as you are.
